Words From Our CEO

Recently I had the distinct honor of representing NetGuys at the Cisco Partner Summit held in Dallas, TX on November 1 - 2. This "invite only" event indicates NetGuys is on the map! It has taken some time to be afforded this opportunity and I believe it represents the hard work, dedication, and consistency our team has demonstrated. So before I discuss what I learned at the event, I want to take a moment to congratulate and thank our team on this accomplishment. Without the tremendous teamwork this would not have been possible. Thanks team!

Your Workers Have Left the Perimeter

Cisco made it clear right from the beginning that it is no longer the hardware based company we have all come to know and love. The announcement of the BroadSoft acquisition and its Google partnership were only a few indications of what's in store the next couple of years for partners and customers. The message was loud and clear, the hybrid solutions of cloud and on-premise equipment is here and only going to continue to grow.

Most of you reading this already have some cloud-based solutions in your environment or at least are looking into a cloud strategy for you organization. The good news is Cisco has been on the cutting edge of technology for decades and they continue to lead with their growing cloud offerings that encompass almost every corner of their product lines. Announcements of other partnerships with ConnectWise along with the expansions of their Meraki and Threat Defense offerings are again signals for all of us to get prepared.

At NetGuys our Meraki and Cloud offerings have increased by 80% over the last two years and we expect that trend to continue. If you have questions or are looking for a partner to help guide you down the path of Cloud, On- Premise, or if Hybrid is a better fit, NetGuys would be happy to assist.

All the best
